Default best backline for this build

Look for the build here: http://www.gwshack.us/17a2 (ignore the existing backline)

Now my question is: what (3 monk) backline would be best suited for this build, considering two things:
- One of the monks is supposed to be a runner
- We're pretty much a noob guild, camping around rating ~1000. A little margin for player error is much appreciated.

Note:
Though the build was designed pre-last skill balances, I saw something quite similar in observer mode, I believe yesterday. It was on burning isle and they ran 2 Mo/A and a Mo/D pious haste runner, but I haven't observed them closely and now they've disappeared from observer mode. If someone could give me the name of that guild, or perhaps tell me more about that build, it would be very much appreciated.

I don't like the idea of Pious Haste on a monk runner. Stripping your prot is bad.

I'd say just go with the standard LoD/RC stand Monks and then ZB/Shield of Deflection/Shield of Regen as the runner. I really do not think you need a monk runner, though. You've already got the B-Surge with Wards for extra defense. A Shatterstone runner would be best for this build, imo.

BTW, you definitely want Power Leak over Power Return on your Meser.

Rush+Final Thurst= Bad Take sun&moon instead OR sprint/enraging. I'd drop the heal sig off one of the warriors and bring an interrupt/enraging/conjure(tight energy). I'd put Draw on the ele instead of WardvsFoes and give your mesmer a better spell (shame, shatter hex, mirror). Go with the standard LoD+RC Backline. I'd switch the runner to an E/Rt or E/Mo if you wanna keep that aegis. Yeah that's pretty much it.

Thanks for the comments, I adjusted the build with your suggestions. Please check whether i made the monk builds correctly, though. I haven't fully decided on the flagger yet, as I want to do some more observing first, but I think we'll start with a ZB and maybe change him to an E/Rt (Mind Blast or Shatterstone) later on.

EDIT: wouldn't Dash be good to use on the cripslash warrior?

With the blinding surge and ward dedicated at the flagstand, it seems a bit excessive to have return and dark escape on the monks. It seems espcially excessive when you have 3 monks (if that is what you intend to do). I'd consider going Mo/Me hex breaker tbh. Or, just go full monk divine spirit with deny hexes. (Your hex removal is pretty weak, anyway)

You would forfeit mending touch, which would compromise that warriors splittability. Id say no, sprint or enraging for the frenzy cancel/speed buff, as per the waru's preference.

Lod/infuse+rc+sor runner.

That's the easiest backline to run, why else are 95% of American guilds running it?
